If there is a subject
that people are still shocked, anxious, angry, it is when it involves CHILDREN
with HOMOSEXUALITY. The discovery of the time is from the Netflix animated
series 'Jurassic World: Jurassic Camp'. Just to understand (or not), Netflix in
almost every series (adults or children) is putting an LGBTQIA+ core. In this
series, in season 5, episode 08, two female characters declare themselves to
each other and kiss each other on the mouth. In addition, this was a reason for
general fanfare, especially in the Bolsonarista milieu. Other cartoons also
have an LGBTQIA+ core, like Voltron, there is a very fast gay scene in the
cartoon Trollhunters, etc. However, in the same cartoon, in later episodes,
there is a heterosexual kiss (male and female), but that obviously did not
shock anyone. Step by step:
We live in a highly
sexist, misogynist, racist and homophobic society. You can analyze this on
social media. When there is any advertisement involving Pabllo Vittar, the
reactions are diverse, trying to deteriorate the person's image for the simple
fact that he is homosexual. My dear, it is not because she sings badly or is
ugly. It is because we are intrinsically homophobic. So, when a homo-affective
couple appears in a drawing, it still shocks a lot, especially the so-called
'conservatives'. People say, 'Don't mess
with our kids', but a straight kiss does not shock, nobody fuss. So, the
point is that people are still afraid of the topic HOMOSEXUALITY. People are
afraid of their children being influenced by something and turning into
homosexuals. And the churches have preached it. People hide their anger and
prejudice behind the Bible.
Think with me: do you
think gay people really chose to be gay? The individual decided to suffer his
whole life just to upset and try to influence other people!? This makes no sense!
Homosexuals suffer violence, are bullied, are killed or commit suicide, because
they are not accepted in society, and do you think that gays chose to be gay
and suffer all their lives!?
Another point: your
children will have contact with homosexual people. Your children were created
for the world; they will have contact with people of all kinds.
The question I ask:
what kind of citizen are you creating? A fair, honest and respectful citizen or
a shit homophobe who will feel superior for the simple fact of being heterosexual!?
I am honestly against
sexualizing children. I think this should be obvious to everyone. But instead
of denying the reality of the society we live in, educate your child to be a
decent citizen, a citizen who respects others.
What if your child is
gay, lesbian? What causes you so much fear, anger or anxiety? If you want to
have a child the way you envisioned, don't have a child. If you want to have a
child like you, don't have a child. "My
son is going to be heterosexual, conservative, Baptist, a lawyer, he's going to
marry a beautiful woman and have kids!"… My friend, don't have a
child! You will be frustrated! And if you have a gay son, sit with him, talk,
try to understand what this universe is. Believe, your child must be more lost
than you. It is up to parents to educate their children for a promising future,
whether gay or not.
