JEFFREY DAHMER: HEAVEN IS A BRIBE! HELL, A THREAT!
Hell is a place of eternal punishment. Who has not given
his life to Christ will go to Hell to wander and suffer eternally.
“The Word of God teaches us clearly about the existence
of hell and its purpose. Hell was created to punish the devil and his angels,
and those who die in their sins also face this terrible reality (Matthew
25:41). However, God does not want anyone to go to hell, so he sent Jesus to
pay the price for our sins. Hell exists as a consequence of sin, because God is
just and rewards goodness, but also punishes sin. The punishment for sin is
separation from God, leading to spiritual death (Romans 3:23). God is holy and
perfect, and nothing imperfect can enter his presence. Hell is a place of
destruction and torment, as it represents total separation from God.” [1]
The scriptures describe the punishment of the wicked in
hell as
- “eternal fire” (Matthew 25:41),
- “fire that never goes out” (Matthew 3:12),
- “shame and everlasting contempt” (Daniel 12:2),
- a place “where the fire never goes out” (Mark 9:44-49),
- a place of “torments” and “flames” (Luke 16:23-24),
- “eternal perdition” (2 Thessalonians 1:9),
- a place of torment with “fire and brimstone” where “the
smoke of their torment ascends up forever and ever” (Revelation 14:10-11), and
- a “lake of fire and brimstone” where the wicked “will
be tormented day and night forever and ever” (Revelation 20:10).
“Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me,
you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his
angels.” [Matthew 25:41]
“They will be punished with everlasting destruction and
shut out from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of his might.” [2
Thessalonians 1:9]
“But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the
murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters
and all liars—they will be consigned to the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This
is the second death.” [Revelation 21:8]
But IT MAKES NO SENSE!!!
Ex.1: Jeffrey Dahmer “was an American serial killer.
Dahmer murdered seventeen men and boys between 1978 and 1991, most between 1989
and 1991. His crimes were particularly heinous, involving rape, necrophilia and
cannibalism.” [2]. In short: Dahmer killed young gay men. In prison, he
converted. In Christian logic, he was saved and went to heaven. In the same
Christian logic, if these young gays who were killed did not convert, they did
not go to heaven, especially considering that they were homosexuals (the “sin”
most targeted by Christians). DOES NOT MAKE SENSE!
Ex.2: Daniella Perez, daughter of writer Gloria Perez,
was killed on 12/28/1992 by Guilherme de Pádua, aged 22. This citizen converted
and already held a leadership position in the Lagoinha Church. He died and, in
Christian logic, he is now in heaven alongside God. As for Daniella Perez, who
did nothing wrong to anyone, if she didn't convert, she is now in Hell and will
stay there forever. DOES NOT MAKE SENSE!
