CURIOSITIES [Source: MOL]

- "True Blue" is the best-selling album by an international singer in Brazil.

- Madonna performed live at a live AIDS benefit show, Live Aid in 85. She sang "Love Makes The World Go Round" before the album was even released.

- The cover photo was taken by Herb Hitts, who would work with Madonna on other occasions, and through her, also become director of video clips.

- The song "Wheres's The Party", came to be released in the radios of some countries, including Brazil, but did not have any single or clip.

- 'Live To Tell' was recorded in a single take. The voice we hear is the demo tape. Come on!

- 'Papa Don't Preach' was launched in Brazil in the form of compact. The song was part of the trail of a novel called 'Hypertension'.

- 'Open Your Heart' was # 1 on Billboard and its clip was produced by Madonna, the first woman to perform that role.

- 'La Isla Bonita' was composed for Michael Jackson, and would be part of the album 'Bad'. The singer declined the track for "not having an interest in the Latino audience." Madonna recorded, released the single and made a huge success in the four corners of the planet.

- "True Blue" é o álbum mais vendido por uma cantora internacional no Brasil.

- Madonna se apresentou ao vivo em um show beneficente aos portadores de Aids, o "Live Aid", em 85. Ela cantou "Love Makes The World Go Round" antes mesmo do disco ser lançado.

- A foto da capa foi tirada por Herb Hitts, que viria a trabalhar mutias outras vezes com Madonna, e através dela, virar também diretor de vídeo clipes.

- A canção "Wheres's The Party", chegou a ser lançada nos rádios de alguns países, inclusive o Brasil, mas não teve nenhum single ou clipe.
