Reflection:
Toxic
relationships drain our energy and take away our peace. Sometimes we insist on
maintaining bonds that God is calling us to leave. Ending a cycle can hurt, but
remaining in an environment of manipulation or abuse is far more destructive.
Pray today for discernment: which bonds are bringing me closer to God and which
are pulling me away? May the Holy Spirit give you the courage to set healthy
boundaries.
